Great Coriander Seeds
I am so happy with this purchase. The seeds are fresh and the price is great! I purchased the 1 lb. bag. My doctor wants to put me on statins and diabetes medication. I researched coriander seeds and found information that the seeds help with cholesterol, sugar blood level, high blood pressure and inflammation. I make a tea from these seeds and it is very tasty. There are several recipes on the internet for this coriander tea. However, if your are taking prescribed medication, talk to your doctor, before taking coriander.
