Works great years later! If I wanna do some sit ups,this strap is very durable and im 260 lbs so this really works.

Absolutely wonderful product! I’m an avid gym goer but have shifted to working out at home and this is by far the best hamstring workout at home. Start by hinging at the hips and just holding that vs dropping to the ground super fast and pushing back up. Comes with the knee pad that’s super comfortable too. Get it now!

it works ok but not super stable. stable enough to do the exercise but you have to keep your balance. I am not using it as designed. I attach it to something on the wall but my feet don't directly touch the wall so there's nothing the sole of my feet is touching. But it allows me to work on my hamstrings. Quality is great. the adjustment clamp is much better an easier to use than my expectations, and it works great at holding the loop adjustment in place. The knee pad is GREAT...easy, big enough, comfortable, and cannot do anything without the pad, and the pad by itself is worth buying this device.

Great value, good quality. I purchased a similar, higher priced item from a different manufacturer which I returned. I then purchased this item which was superior and at a lower price. It came in a box, with directions and a knee mat. The other had none of these! It's easy to use and does the job. I highly recommend.

Sit-ups okay I might not be smart enough, but the Nordic curl - not user friendly… I couldn’t get a tight hold to keep my feet in place.

Ever since I tore my hamstring several years ago while running, I have tried to do Nordic curls to increase muscle strength. It is really hard to find a place to do Nordic curls! My only option is really to have someone hold my feet which isn’t as easy as it sounds and I don’t have people readily available to hold my feet. I did an Amazon search and this was the first thing that came up. I was so excited! After it came in the mail I was using it within about 30 seconds. Super simple to use. I did get with the mat because I didn’t know if my workout mat would be thick enough. The mat is great as well. Very squishy. I’m so excited I can do Nordic curls whenever I want now!

This is the best hamstring strengthening tool I’ve come across. It’s sturdy and comfortable. It also comes with good tips about how to use it and how often. It’s definitely not easy at first, but once you get a hang of it, it’s a game changer for hamstring strength

Didn't come with a box or manual.

It's great and well made and holds up me no problem and is a terrific workout but I would recommend this more to experienced athletes and gym trained people. f you're not in shape or a newbie to training, you need to be careful or you may hurt yourself or not use it effectively enough. It's a essential part of my basketball workouts because it gives me a strong core and lower back, saving me from back injuries and letting me jump for longer durations. One of the best purchases I've made.

Value for money good quality

While I am happy with the strap/foot support for the door, the delivery did not include the floor pad (and was supposed to do so). A floor pad is really essential. I'm hoping the company will send one soon.

Decided to spend a bit more for this in the hopes that it was higher quality It was! Very happy with it. No other gym equipment needed-just size it and slide it under a door.
