It's hard to review a supplement, even if you've been taking it for awhile. Most supplements do not provide instantaneous results and usually the results are fairly subtle and take place over a wide span of time. That being said ...These came sealed adequately and with a mouth seal. The size of the capsules is on the lower medium size which makes it fairly easy to swallow a couple of them at once (the recommended dose is two capsules). This is a one month supply and the price is in line with other products.There's no real way to know if a pre/probiotic product has all the billions of things in them without having them analyzed and most of us aren't going to do that. The way we know the stuff is in there is the capsules make us feel better in the long term. These seem to have a very good mix of different bacteria strains and should be quite helpful. My goal is to achieve good gut health in the next few months and I'm using these to help me n my way to get to that goal. It takes a long time to get your gut back on track after it's been off track for as long as most American's gut health has been.

An excellent product. Built to close tolerances. Would’ve given it a 5, but for the fact that the horizontal deck attatchments were a little too short. They should’ve been a bit longer to accomodate a deck that has aluminum channeling. Nevertheless, this product is very good for the price point. Far better than the twice + priced competitor. Took about 40 minutes to hook up correctly on our Naylor dock.

Looks like a good product but had to return it.My low star rating is because I was NOT HAPPY with the return service. Packaging is a very very cheap cardboard and tears easily for this high value, heavy weight product. Spent precious time (with miracle duct tape!!!) ensuring outside package would not disintegrate when returned. Could not even remove the old labels without creating holes in cardboard.I am still waiting for the $$ refund to be credited to my account even though the UPS tracker indicates it was delivered to the Receiver more than 3 weeks agoItem would have been returned earlier if Amazon had indicated that it needed to be picked up from delivery location as was 40lbs so considered "heavy weight. Spent a lot of time trying to fit this large item in a small car and taking it to the UPS store, only to be told that since it was 40lbs, heavy weight, it would be picked up from home as the UPS delivery people were "not allowed" to carry the heavy objects. Apparently, I had to arrange this online with UPS. So, I had to cart this heavy item all the way back home .. apparently no insurance coverage for heavy lifting by the customer!! Really a simple process to get it picked up online, but frustrated that Amazon was not clear with their heavy item return instructions and could have saved me a lot of unnecessary stress and effort to get this to UPS, especially since it was also a cold snowy winter day!! Item was still returned before the deadline!!Now facing additional "stress" waiting for my refund!!

Easy to assemble. Very stable. Light, so fix well to dock.
