Works as advertised! Simple to use.It's been only a week, so will update this in future if something changes.Could be helpful to have a simple user guide.

Excellent quality and functionality. Got it for a very low mobility relative. Using it now for over 50 days. Impressed with the sturdiness and weight of the product. Setting it up takes some time, but works very well when set up as directed. There are 2 versions available one for 10499 and the other for 11999. They do not explain the difference unless you go deep into the subject. I bought the 12k version because it is expandable to cover double bed mattresses, while the 10.5k version cannot be expanded in width and is only for single bed mattresses. The product is made in Vietnam.

1 Star – Extremely Disappointed. Not Recommended for Bedridden Patients.I purchased this electric bed back support for my elderly bedridden father, hoping it would make his daily care easier. Unfortunately, within just a few days of normal use, the motor stopped working. The product was used exactly as intended. My father is bedridden, so there was no misuse, rough handling, or excessive load.When I contacted customer support, instead of helping, they immediately assumed the motor was damaged due to "accidental damage" without providing any inspection report, photographs, or technical evidence. They simply refused the warranty claim and asked me to purchase a new motor for ₹5,850.This completely defeats the purpose of offering a warranty. If a motor fails within days of purchase during normal use and the company can simply label it as accidental damage without any proof, what value does the warranty actually provide?What disappointed me even more was the response from customer support. There was very little empathy despite explaining that the product was purchased for my bedridden father, who depends on this equipment every day. Rather than investigating the issue or trying to help, they repeatedly insisted that it was my responsibility once the product was delivered.A medical support product should be reliable because families buy it during difficult times, not for convenience. When a company sells products for elderly and bedridden patients, it should stand behind its quality and provide genuine after-sales support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.I spent my hard-earned money expecting a dependable product and trustworthy service. Instead, I was left with a non-functional product and an expensive repair bill within days of purchase.I would advise prospective buyers to carefully consider the warranty terms and after-sales support before purchasing this product. If your family depends on this equipment for patient care, reliability and customer service are just as important as the product itself, and in my experience, both were disappointing.
