Dermablend Glow Creator Liquid Highlighter Makeup, 0.5 Fl. Oz.

I have never purchased a liquid highlighter previously, however I loved this product and plan to stick with it! I purchased this with the intent to use it as a cheekbone highlighter, but I've found that it can also be used to provide an all over glow when blended with foundation. I also use a dab under my eyebrows and at the corner of my eyes to add shimmer! Highly recommend for the price.

LIKE MOST: IT HIGHLIGHTED A BIT. I DID NOT HAVE TO USE A LOT JUST A COUPLE OF DROPS ON MY SPONGE.LIKE LEAST: IT WAS A BIT TOO SPARKLY FOR ME. I DID NOT THINK IT LOOKED VERY NATURAL.

Gives a lovely glow, exactly as promised.

This glow creator really is just that: a glow creator. The bit I have on my arm in the photo below gives you an idea—I didn’t rub that in too much so you can see how much “pearl” look it has. On my facial skin, I massaged it in more so that it wasn’t as shiny and it gave my face a pretty glow. I could wear it that way—a very thin layer massaged in very well—for daytime without makeup even. As well, I could mix it with a little foundation for a little extra glow there.For nighttime, if I wanted more drama, I could highlight some areas even on top of my foundation.It really is a pretty glow. I had the gold version of it that was a little too dark but this one is just right for my skin tone.The reason for the 3 stars is the applicator doesn’t work and the amount seems off, and there seems to be some clumping going on at the top of the bottle! This is a small bottle and for $33 for such a small bottle, the eye-drop application should work, the bottle should be full, and there should be no clumping. But when I squeeze the bulb at the top, none of the glow liquid will go inside. So that’s going to make it problematic for getting the liquid out of the bottle. It does seem as if the bottle doesn’t even have that much in it, as if I received a bottle where some spilled out. I compared it to the gold-tone one I received and that one has more in it and the consistency isn’t clumping—but, the applicator in that one is better but not by much.If you want a pretty glow, I do recommend but I hope you receive a better bottle than I did.
