Poor. Finish coming off after less than a week.
The varnish is coming off the seat in two obvious places after less than a week and not much use. Disappointing for the best part of fifty quid. Otherwise it's decent, was easy to install, works well, although is a little narrow for larger adults. Less hassle to sand and refinish it than to return it.

Cheap materials and terrible customer service! Avoid!!
The metal length adjuster snapped after 5 months and manufacturer only offered $6 compensation when I requested a replacement. Cheap materials and very bad customer service. Avoid!!
