I bought this wrap to stay cool, but ended up using it for a whip lash I incurred from a car accident. Whenever my neck hurts I put the frozen row of ice into the slot on the wrap and wrap it around my head and secure it up at the top of my head with the velcro. I can just leave it on for 20 minutes and it really relieves my neck pain in conjunction with my medication. It also works for headaches, so if you get migraines I recommend this. I do look like Ethel Mertz on I Love Lucy with the wrap around my head like an old fashioned 50's headscarf.....but I don't wear it out in public, so who cares? You will love this for pain or just to cool down after a work out or on a hot day. I have also used it on my knee after a long bike ride. I also bought extra ice inserts on Amazon. Enjoy! I am buying them for Christmas gifts. Neat product!

Works wonders in the super working outside. Plus you get the back up freezer pack. Doesn't look that great but gets the job done.

So this is good for cooling the back of the neck. However, if you put it on as shown in the picture above, it will scratch the heck out of your neck and cause major irritation (at least it did for me). I found that it's better not to wear it like a bandana as shown, but to overlap it end to end. See attached images. I've been using this for indoor cycling and it's been working pretty well.

This product really helps keep me cool and better able to keep up my workout pace on hot days. I stuffed in all the ice packs they sent instead of keeping some out as replacements as they suggest. You stsy cooler longer with more ice packs. Only drawback is even with all the extra ice it only lasts about an hour before all ice melts. Shipped quicly.

Excellent product! I used it as intended in the heat, and plan to use it for an upcoming August Disney World trip. It does not drip, as other reviewers claimed!! Very comfortable- I am just going to add an extra piece of velcro since the velcro placement makes it a bit loose on my neck, but no biggie! I wish it came in a small insulated bag to store the back up, so I bought one so the back up would be handy at the theme park. Overall, great product, and I've been trying out a lot of cooling products lately.

The cold packs are very tiny & cannot be felt through the very thick uncomfortable Spandex. All that Spandex around my neck was way too hot to wear. Even with the little cold packs inside it, it made me hotter instead of providing relief. The design is not comfortable at all!

When I took it out of the box I almost sent it back as it seemed to be inadequate but when I froze it and gave it a try iot worked perfectly. It is light weight and fastens easily around my neck. It turns out to be the most convenient neck wrap I have and I am pleased with it.

I love this product, because there are refill ice bags, and it really helps my neck pain
