As a former Combat Medic, retired Paramedic, Critical Care Paramedic, and Flight Medic, I can tell you that this refill kit is what you need to refill not only your First Aid Kit but your Trauma Kit as well. If you don’t have a First Aid Kit, or Trauma Aid Kit, get one or use this refill kit to build one. Trust me if it hits the fan and you need the contents of this kit you will be happy to have all that is in this refill kit. I will be using this refill kit to restock my personal and vehicle First Aid Kits after exhausting both of them in the past months. I was first on the scene of a bad Motor Vehicle Accident while traveling. Then a couple of weeks later, while out cutting firewood another cutter nearby, had an accident with his chainsaw. I ended up using most of the contents of both First Aid Kits. Now it’s time to restock my First Aid Kits, hope for the best, and not use anything again. This kit has exactly what is needed in an IFAK and nothing you dont. No extra useless stuff to carry around. It is concise, well thought, and complete. Fits the IFAK pouch with room to spare and everything in it fits any way you would like it to. However makes sense to you it will fit! Thank you Tacticon!! To be honest I was drinking well this arrived but here are my thought anyway. This is a great kit for the money. I'd say its a combo of a Ifak refill and a boo boo kit. Although band aides are dope and they are arguably the most likely things to be used, I could definitely see a version of this without the alcohol swaps and band aids for a second chest seal (wink wink pls) the air aid for the nose is nice( yes I don't know what its called and no I'm not gonna check cause I'm in too deep in with this review) and for someone more trained than I, it would make more sense. (not down grading the importance of breathing it's pretty cool) I could also see this swapped for another Israeli bandage or chest seal as well, That would be for the more "stop the bleed" level of training types like my self. 10/10 could fit all the important bits in a chi com chest rig's oil poaches gonna buy more to round out my less commie rigs.

I love this kit because it has a lot of the stuff I was issued while in the Marine Corps, so familiarity is a huge plus. Mission dictates gear, and I would say this covers down on a lot of situations you might find yourself in. I will be coming back for more items in the future!

My order arrived on time (early) and contained items as promised. A nice handwritten letter from a veteran trying to make a dream work came with it as well. What more can you ask for!

I order the Ifak kit for a emergency reason. Overall you will get a good amount of supplies for the cost but some items could be better.-Like the medical tape is a thin and a little small and incase of emergency it might not be enough especially if your in the panic.- Also the Israeli bandage is a little cheap because I accidentally broke by putting a little to much pressure on the plastic saddle. So if you fall or impacted on it, It might break. I was in the military and was deployed to Afghanistan and I know it easy to impact the flak without trying just climbing in and out trucks and hitting bumps. My military issue Israeli bandage didn’t break.Overall a good kit for the price but if change out a couple items it well be a even better kit.
