I do herbal treatments all the time, I was skeptical if this was going to work. 6 minutes after placing the herb I started to feel it moving pain bloating and dampness mainly negative energy. Used this product to aid in weight loss. This product didn't come with round disk to hold product in place so the adhesive rolled off while sleep, lost product on bed. When found, it didn't look any different so I'm assuming soon as I went to sleep it came off. Unhappy with product.

I Really looked forward to this it doesn’t stick on navel or feet .. Had to tape and put on a big medical bandage for it to stay in place and microwave to soften and add to Cotten ..Exerting all your energy into this for it not to work is not good standards to what you detail illustrated this sucks ..

The media could not be loaded.  This is easy to use, and definitely stays on all night. I have only tried this on my belly button, I think after a week I will try it on the bottom of my feet as they suggest. I have slept better the last few nights since I have been using this. I haven’t noticed any difference in my fatigue or health yet, but I’m hopeful both will improve. Quality ingredients. When you open the bottle with the round balls, you can definitely smell the ingredients. To me, it smells like a spice jar.
