Directions Apply 2-3 drops of Earwax MD into the affected ear. Tilt your head to the side and remain in that position for 10-15 minutes to allow the drops to dissolve the ear wax. After waiting, use the rinsing bulb to gently rinse out the ear. Repeat this process as needed, up to 3 times a day. Always follow the instructions on the product packaging and consult a healthcare professional if you experience any discomfort or if the ear wax does not dissolve easily. Safety Warning Always use as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not insert drops or bulb into ear if ear is injured or infected. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Always test on a small area of skin before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from heat and open flame. Do not use if seal is broken or missing.

Works better than other options
I've used hydrogen peroxide in the past, and have an electric sprayer designed for ear cleaning, but this formula works better. One 20 minute soak was sufficient.

Best product on the market!
I have used a lot of ear cleaning products in my life time. No products out there will completely dissolve your ear wax, so get the idea out of your head that you will be able to just dissolve the cerumen plug (conglomerate of ear wax blocking your auditory canal). I have tried the elephant ear washing kit alone by itself. Yeah it may get the cerumen plug out, but it can also cause vertigo and possibly rupture your ear drum. Trying to scrape the ear wax out with a tool is also dangerous. Itโs very easy to scrape and cut the inside of your ear canal, which can result in an infection. Also many times people just end up pushing the cerumen plug in further. So what then should I use? The best way for me is to soften up the cerumen plug, and use a bulb to syringe it out with warm water. Of the ingredients out there to dissolve cerumen plugs, sodium bicarbonate is the best. It works better than hydrogen peroxide. You just need to avoid over using the product because it can change the ph in your ear and increase your risk of swimmers ear. I always use earwax MD because they are the only ones who use sodium bicarbonate.

Easy to use. Get comfortable.
Easy to use, both in the application phase and cleanup. Be prepared to get into a comfortable position to maintain the solution inside the ear canal for at least 15 minutes.

Wow! Things sound so much clearer now!
Recommedation on the product box is to allow 10 to 15 minutes for the product to work. However, after reading through dozens of reviews, I decided to go longer like the reviewers recommended. I turned on the TV and lay on my left side on the couch. My wife then put the drops into my right ear. For the next 60 minutes, I watched TV.After 60 minutes, I got some warm water and used the bulb to flush out my right ear. After about 15 or so flushes, a blob about the length of a pencil eraser (but a bit less in diameter) fell out. Immediately I noticed a diffence in the quality of sound I was hearing. (The blob consisted of tiny bits of hair, cotton wool-like stuff, and wax)I repeated the process on my left ear. This time I flushed more than 20 times, a tiny little bit of white cotton-wool came out. However, a big white blob could be seen just inside my ear. It was stubborn and refused to come out.So I again lay on my right side and put in more drops and waited for an hour. Then repeated the flushing with the bulb. After about 5 flushes, a big blob fell out. This was bigger than the one from my right ear. No wonder it was stuck!I wonder how so much cotton-wool got into my ears? Oh wait, yes... it must be from the Q-Tip cotton swabs that I had used over the years.I think that I still have a bit more gunk to remove from my ears... I'll do one more session next week. Took me more than 3 hours this time, but totally worth it!

Pretty effective but way overpriced and hard to use.
This product does seem to work, but it is way too expensive an comes in a tiny bottle that must add to cost per oz. (Fraction of oz, really, as that is all there is.) The bottle does not have a common and inexpensive dropper cap; instead it has a proprietary 'ear dropper' that allows almost all of the compound to run out as the dropper is removed from the bottle. It also does not seem to reach the bottom of the bottle, as when the liquid gets low it picks up nothing. Even when full what it picks up runs out into the bottle (or all over elsewhere) as the dropper is removed from the bottle. If they simply had a dropper cap I would have given it 4 stars (reduced from 5 because of its price). It's almost as if the product is designed to be spilled and wasted so consumers will buy more. (I did not reviiew the squeeze bulb here.)
