I didn't know what to purchase in this space for my action camera. Price-wise this seemed like a mid level offering. When I got it it seemed more like a high level offering. It's really sturdy and durable. The suction is strong and and easy/simple to affect without worrying about whether it will come off or not. At first I was a little worried that the double joint articulation controlled at a single point would be cumbersome but it actually works really well and has quite the range.

TELESIN Suction Cup Car Mount with Phone Holder. I like this mount. I use it with my iPhone pro 12 inside my car to film the road. The phone holder works very well. Suction cup is strong on glass (I cleaned the glass before). The double joint works really well and is quite flexible so I could mount the phone above or below the suction cup. This mount works perfectly in overall for me.

I put this mount through a real test: I mounted my DJI Osmo Action camera on the outside of my car windshield and drove on a rough rural road for two full hours. It did not budge. Not once. The suction is genuinely impressive — stronger than I expected, and it held up against vibration, wind, and uneven pavement without any sign of loosening. I'm attaching the video I recorded during that drive — you can judge the stability for yourself. No shake, no drift, no repositioning needed at any point. The textured, non-smooth surface of most dashboards simply won't hold the suction cup — don't even try. If you want a dashboard mount, you'll need to separately purchase an adhesive mount pad. This isn't a defect; it's just the nature of suction cup physics. But the product listing could be clearer about this, which is why I'm knocking one star. Bottom line: If you need a windshield or smooth-glass mount that genuinely holds an action camera under tough real-world conditions, this is a confident buy. The video proof is attached. Just don't assume it works on dashboard surfaces — plan for an adhesive pad if that's your setup.

This has been great, I would say 97% of the time I haven't had any issues with it. But at the entrance to Yellowstone, I had this on the fairing of my Harley, and about 65 feet past the entrance gate it fell off and cracked the screen of my GoPro. I think maybe the fairing wasn't fully clean or something else that was strange. All other times I have made sure that entities was clean before applying and it's worked great at speeds up to 80 mph on the front fairing. I have been pleased, still heart broken over the GoPro, which is why the rating is 4 stars not 5. I have had it for two summers now and it's been awesome. It's the right size to keep in the trunk or backpack, the suction holds on very well, as long as you take a minute to wipe things down with water and a rag before application.

Use this with my DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro inside my windshield as a dashcam. Doesn't move at all and extremely secure. Would recommend this product over most on Amazon. Do not purchase anything cheaper than this product since the suction cup isn't as high quality as this one.
