Well made and finished product. But with less than smooth surfaced shoes extracting one's feet may prove awkward/frustrating because the material used holds the foot quite securely. Loosening the straps defeats their purpose. I lacked confidence in getting my feet out of the straps and have reluctantly decided not to use them, but have gone for cycling shoes dedicated for use on flat pedals.

I had to take out four pins out of my pedal to get these to fit but once on excellent far better than my previous toe straps which would come undone at the most inconvenient moments like when pedalling hard in traffic you don’t want you foot slipping out of your pedal when there’s a big lorry next to you 😱😱😱 but these so far have been excellent and I’ve ride 80 miles in them so far and not a twitch of the Velcro coming undone as very good 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I think they are nice and strong and look wide enough to secure my feet as I need

They are easy to fit and work well.

It's been a very long time since I have used toe straps I am definitely a clipless peddle bike rider but our tandem did have the old toe straps fitted to the back to help keep my granddaughters feet on the peddles as if for any reason she lost a peddle I would not know and she found it difficult to get her foot back on when I was still peddling, toe straps worked but had there draw backs, these Velcro straps are much nicer looking and do the same thing, so far they have been working a treat, they seem to be the type of strap you adjust to suit your shoe size before you ride and not like toe straps where you can just pull on the strap to tighten them up or loosen them during a ride.Easy enough to fit just feed the two thin Velcro straps through the peddle and fix them to the underside of the thick part then close the large Velcro section over them to secure, you will need to set the correct size for your shoe at this point, in my case these are set as small as they will go because my 10 year old Granddaughter has small feet.

a good choice for a person needing a bike strap rather than toe clip, i use on my stroke side while riding my recumbent. not how well they will hold up uder a lot of movement, but it helps keep my foot in the heel holder of the regular pedal.

Not even a 1/10th of the cost of clipless pedals and shoes and it accomplishes the same thing, dare I say even better than a clipless system. I have zero issue getting my feet in or out of them and they solve a number of issues I was having. First obviously you get the benefit of a secondary force during each rotation, as well as the added fitness benefit of that, also I feel a ton more stability in the air, and then it helped with my toes liking to dip when I got really tired and sometimes hit roots and stuff (ouchie) and basically keeps my feet where I want them on the pedal at all time. I think they're super convenient and quality material, literally no issues with the Velcro or anything so far. Love em! If they did tear im pretty sure I'd just buy another set

I was able to attach these to bike pedals. I found them difficult to fit my size 10 shoes into straps. Taking shoe out of strap I could not slip it back in without stopping bike. They are more trouble than going without straps.
