Received a defective piece
The product that I received was a defective one. The head was off to one side, the adjustment was not straight and was slanted. The razor was all greased up with some cheap, sticky and smelly oil and there were a lot of scuffles and scratches on the body and the head of the razor.After such a bad experience with the product, I immediately called up the customer care and they were very helpful and understanding. I managed to get the refund for the product within 2 hours after the delivery. Since it was a non -returnable product, they asked me to keep the product to myself or discard it.

Awesome product
Though it's a copy of merkur future de razor, build quality is very solid and easy to adjust the levels. Giving very clean shave without irritation.
