Great after a long stressful day. Weighted, vibration is nice and smells nice.

The massaging device inside the pillow is very large and hard. Very uncomfortable on my neck.Could not use, had to return.

Takes the neck pain right away

Smells ok,needs higher vibration.

Bought as a gift.. he seem to like it. The lavender smell isn't very strong.The vibration is only in the middle.. but overall a decent gift.

I am super into massages of all kinds, but especially love a good shoulder and neck massage. I’m also a huge fan of lavende for the w ent and its relaxing qualities. This neck wrap seemed to have all that I was looking for, but alas, the vibration is too weak, and the area is too small. I do like the weight of the wrap and was instantly impressed with the ultrasound fragrant lavender. For those reasons, this is not a total loss. However, I wanted to nice soothing massage of sorts and this just didn’t provide that. The vibration point is in the center of the neck and it just doesn’t emanate out enough to be effective.

This massager has a good weight to it but the massager needs to be slightly more powerful for my liking, but overall it's really a nice item. The lavender scent in it isn't really overpowering and just has a nice scent all around. I would have liked to seen little some little pockets on it to place some kind of warmers in it, maybe an idea for the company in the future. The material that it's made of is really soft and comfortable. Nice neck massager overall, wife has been using it for the last couple of days while she's off for surgery.

Easy to use and gives stated relief.
