You can saw them with a jewelers saw that has a metal cutting blade on it. It’s also possible to cut small pieces off with heavy wire snippers.

Is this dead soft, half hard of hard copper sheets?

Not sure how soft or hard they are but i was able to drill screws through the sheets without any problems
