Q: What are the dimensions of the battery, not the package

This is a standard drone battery that fits my Phantom 3 Standard. Measurements are pretty close to as follows: At the base: 47 mm wide X 37 mm deep, 109 mm from the bottom of the top cap to the base, the top cap which is curved making measurements approximate about 38 X 73 wide. They seem to work normally. I get about 20+ minutes of flight time out of each. taking about an hour to recharge.

Q: My battery looks like it may be fully charged but the last line is flashing. Is it fully charged yet?
