Makes a great stew and is soft when cooked with no gristle bits.

Cut way too tiny

It is one of the worst beef I have ever had, it’s not tender at all, I cooked for 3 hrs. Still tough to chew. I bought this as it certified organic, it meant to be soft and tender. Money would be better spent as it is worst than cheap supermarket meat.
