I wanted to use it to paint a bird bath.** A: yes **Q: Can i apply this over cured totalboat penetrating epoxy , without primer ? Thanks !** A: Total Boat has a website with a phone number. Since I did not use this on a boat and I am not versed in boat care of any kind, I would suggest calling them direct and asking. Could this be used in a bathtub?** A: If it is fiberglass tub, I guess it could. Not sure it would look good, as this is very thick paint.
