How great is this?! Such a simple yet clever design. I love the eclectic whimsy! It operates easily on any hard, flat surface. No attached plug means you can put it anywhere; being rechargeable means no batteries. It's so easy to use; it's also a great I idea for a child's room. I can turn it on in a half-awake stupor. It has a bright high setting and a nice, soft (but still effective) low setting. This has become my nightstand lamp. My friend loved it so much, I had to get one for her, too!*I received this product for free in exchange for my unbiased review*

The "switch" is on the kitchen counter. I use a night light on the lowest setting as it is bright enough. On the setting, it holds the charge all night. It is a also a conversation piece and super easy to turn on and off.

this is larger than you think it will be. i use it as a bedside light.. works great! super dark room cant see and this light is easy to turn on. and its bright

This is a really cool lamp. It's cordless and the gravity function that turns it on and off is really nifty (I could see a kid having fun playing with it). There's a small switch on the bottom that has three functions: bright, low light, and off. The low light function would make a great nightlight, and the high function gives off just enough light to allow me to see well in the bathroom at night without jarring me fully awake like the main light does. It also holds a charge really well. We've used it in the bathroom every night for a week and have charged it twice so far. We haven't let the battery run down completely yet, so I'm not sure how many days it will hold a charge for--we started by charging it every three days, we're going to wait longer between charges now to see how long it can go.The only reason I'm giving this four stars instead of five is because it isn't nearly as yellow as the pictures show. While the pictures did show that the outside material was white, the illuminated pictures looked as if the inner light was extremely yellow. The actual light is more of an off-white than yellow--at first I thought they'd mistakenly sent me a white one, but the bright function is just off-white enough to prove that it's not a true white. I'd wanted a yellow light since it's usually much easier on my eyes than white light, so I was a little disappointed that it wasn't as yellow as I'd expected, but this lamp has proven to be easy on the eyes regardless of that. Overall I am very pleased with this lamp after using it for a number of days, and I will be purchasing one or two more for other rooms.I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

lamp 3 Every so often I get products for review that I am not sure what I would do with them. Initially, that is how I felt about the ELECLOVER On-Off Lamp. This is a little desk/nightstand lamp that is about the size of traditional house phone. I decided to let my daughter use it as a night light/reading light in her room and have her provide me the feedback from her experience.A little background first. The light is made of white plastic in the shape of a rocker switch. As a result of the shape, it makes sense that one side says ON and the other side says OFF. Well that is how you know to turn it on or off, just push the rocker to the direction you want. In addition to the rocker mechanism, there is an on/off switch under the lamp to prevent it from turning on and wasting the battery.Yes this is battery operated (450mAh Li-ion). The battery is expected to last up to 20 hours before you need to recharge it. It comes with a USB cable for charging, however there is no wall plug. As a result you either have to use a USB wall plug from another device or charge it off of a USB port on your computer.lamp 1As you can see from the image, the light is pretty bright. The feedback my daughter gave me was that it was too bright to leave on as a night light, but she enjoyed using it as a reading lamp. Not surprisingly, she also found it very simple to operate.For the current price, its not a bad deal and the quality and brightness make this an item worth having around the house, apartment, boat, or RV.
