Cold food
I tested this. I put very hot rice straight out the pot. But unfortunately when l check it 2-3 hours laters in the rice was cold.

Great flask
This is great. I tried few options until I got to this one, as my daughter likes her food hot to warm and no other food containers were doing it. This is brilliant, it's the right shape, size and colour and keeps the food warm, just perfect. Would recommend.
