Honest Review for those who still question the product
After reading all the negative and positive reviews. With it being inside my price range of needing a multipurpose ladder. Here is the real deal for those who question this product as much as I did. I can not speak on behalf of the users who had a bad experience but here is my experience. Box arrived and was a little torn up with holes maybe indicating misuse and improper handling. But the ladder was not damaged in any way after unboxing. No nicks or dings. But when throwing it around in my truck bed it does scratch fairly easy, but itโs a ladder for work purposes - not a problem. after moving it around and adding character to it, still no chips or dings. Plastic held up on ladder feet and around hinges. I purchased the 14โ silver edition. Which when folded and minimized it stands around 47โ tall. Great size to keep in the bed of the truck and can be placed anywhere inside the bed instead of one direction sticking out past the bumper like traditional ladders. One feature I did like that โThe Little Giant Ladderโ doesnโt offer is how the ladder open/locks at the hinges. A very easy and simple lever A feature I DID NOT LIKE. Is this ladder does not lock folded. Only locks in A-Frame and Straight extended positions. Unless I just missed it. Will edit post and correct myself if I did in fact miss this feature due to excitement of everything else. Before installing the extended feet I expanded the ladder onto my house and was easily able to climb onto the single story home roof. The ladder did flex in the center where the hinges were but all these multipurpose ladders do, so do not let that initial movement while climbing scare you. Iโm about 230 lbs when weighted down with all the tools and belt, passing the hinges with weight and feeling the ladder move very little, it can hold me. The ladder still felt safe without the safety legs. Another complaint I read is the ladder isnโt wide enough and the cross bars are smaller. They are a tiny bit smaller but still testing this ladder in my 12โ work boots that are heavy and clunky. The ladder felt fine to climb. Comparing to my heavy duty Husky 6โ ladder, the weight of this ladder was a little lighter by estimated couple pounds at max - still tiring if you have to carry it around the house or job to job. Comparing to my 8โ light weight aluminum ladder, this ladder is heavier. The safety legs were installed and I stood the ladder up once again in the grass and I felt a huge difference in sturdiness. I liked it. The rubber legs will be great for interior use as well to help that the ladder does not slip. Assembling the extension safety legs. Complaints Iโve read said the holes were in the wrong spot, mine were not. I slid the safety leg bar into the ladder legs and hand tightened for the initial start, then using the tools supplied with purchase of product- I tightened even further without issue. ASSUMING - have not tested yet. But with the black rubber feet leaning up on walls, if you drag the feet on the walls it could mark up the walls. But the shape of the feet I truly believe if accidentally dropped would not puncture Sheetrock but that depends on the accident Iโm sure.

More stable than all of my ex-partners
I'm a new homeowner & this was my dream ladder. I held off on buying it because I've been spending money on other necessities. I ended up buying a regular ladder on sale at a local store to clean my gutters. When I got home, I opened it up and climbed it to make sure it had the height I needed. It seemed suitable, but I was not very comfortable with its sway as I moved up and down the ladder. Months later, I saw this was on sale, and I had money on hand to finally get it. I was so excited to unbox it and try it out. And WOW what a difference! This ladder was so stable as I ascended it, I started pulling the leaves & twigs out of my gutters (finally). It didn't sway at all as I pivoted to get all the debris within my reach. This is probably the first ladder that I've EVER felt comfortable on. I was so inspired by my initial test that I cleaned the gutters around my garage AND the section of the gutters around my house in the backyard. The only thing preventing me from finishing the front was that the sun was setting. Even though I had to place the ladder on a section of rocks, and it was leaning, I was pleasantly surprised that ascending and working on the ladder was no problem at all. It stayed put, and I didn't feel nervous at any point. I never would have been able to use the regular ladder I had on the uneven surface by my garage door, but with the Lanbitou ladder, it was a piece of cake. I even propped up the ladder against the tree in my yard to make sure I would be okay ascending it to cut any branches. Again, I felt perfectly stable. This is one of the best purchases I've made, and I actually look forward to using it to finish my gutter cleaning job!

Versatile for stairs. Heavy duty.
Heavy ladder. Very sturdy. Works as expected. The clips to adjust the leg length could use some reconfiguring as they are difficult to manipulate.

Great Ladder, super stable, easy to use, and all at a great price.
I looked at more expensive ladders that were practical to carry around and could fold nicely, this one was half the price of the more expensive competitors. I was worried because "you get what you pay for." In this case, I was pleasantly surprised. The ladder was easy to carry around, it was easy to collapse and expand fully, only needing one person to do it. It was very intuitive to use, didn't even need the directions (although I read them for safety reasons). I would say the only thing that may be nicer is if it was a bit wider, but then that would have drawbacks in weights and storage area, so for what I need it for, it is perfect. I highly recommend it for any work you need to do around the house. The metal is thick, and the ladder is extremely stable! I felt very stable even at 12' high!

Nice ladder for once in a while use
Nice looking ladder I love the blue color, easy to set up and use, doesn't take up a lot of space and lightweight. My main issue with this ladder is it's width, the steps are not wide enough compared to other ladders this one only has 11.5" of space to put your feet which isn't much. The aluminum also seems to be of cheap quality, I already have a couple small dents from using this thing one time. Overall it's not that bad for its price but I would invest in something else if you were planning on using this on a job site.
