Everything from Amazon to manufacture is fine. The product is really worthy. I regularly use during the issue of renal stone related pain. Also the product, as proclaimed works on almost all kind of aches, improves blood circulation and enhances energy level.

had some problem with wire ,,,but got the replacement.....but din't find any difference with other electric heating pads.....

Improvements needed.
Not as powerful as it should be.Maximum heat is still low.Covering area for heat and waves is narrow.Adopter heats up even in cold weather, what will happen in 45'c summer?Aftes using it for a while, I bought Carefit. Much satisfied and I know it works.People are ready to spent much more it it's good quality and healing for health.
