Instructions were a little lack. but first take a shower. to soften your skin, then wet your sponge. rub lightly not to hard pressure upward motion then other direction. dead skin will roll off. does not hurt. You may find yourself wanting to take another shower to rinse off dead skin. then you can dry and put lotion on. smooths your skin, works well. skin does feel better a fresh.

These sponges work well at sloughing dry dead skin cells. It leaves skin soft. Other skin care products work better, also. I like it better than a loofah.

Wow! I just easily peeled off the dead layers of skin off of my body. I even used it on my face. My skin is soft.

It’s a mr clean magic eraser in a different style. Does not really remove any dead skin from me

These don't squeeze to create lather. They aren't pliant, it was like washing with a pumice stone. No flexibility whatsoever.

They come moist and are best used when you're "towel dry" but still damp. they remove dead skin with a little friction and don't irritate your skin like everything else we've tried. They turn absolutely rock hard when dry - hold them up right on the shower head to spray water through them and the soften up. Again make sure they are barely wet when using. Also helps to soak a little bit before using these to soften dead skin. If you can rub your skin and it starts rolling off that's the right dampness for these to really work. Too wet and nothing happens.

This is an average sponge. I wouldn’t say it’s exfoliating? It’s just a standard sponge… I’ve used it and prefer my good ol lofa. It came moist and had an odd scent but there was a paper that said they are suppose to be damp and may have an odd scent?
