Very nice product. It came in a small box so we were wondering about the lamp shades. We had to put them together but it has Velcro and went together easily. You do need 2 people to do it. One to hold down and one to roll.It looks nice in my living room.

Really happy with these lamps for the money. Decent quality. Some complain about the shades, but I think they're fine. And the velcro seam goes towards my wall so no one sees it anyway. Love the 3-way bulbs and the farmhouse look. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase!

I am 73 years old. I have NEVER ordered lamps whose shades had to be ASSEMBLED. I am NOT assembling lamp shades. Nothing is said in the description about this. These lamps are rather expensive. I can either try to find someone to wrap the rolled up shades around the frame and secure them with some kind of braces OR I can spend more money and buy other shades. I am NOT doing either. What is going on? Who assembles lamp shades??????? Are you kidding me????????UPDATE: Upon looking at other similar items, I have discovered that most require the assembly of the lampshade. I did not know. In light of that, I have adjusted my rating. The lamps are beautiful and the quality is fitting for the price. I did, however, return them. I am not able to do the assembly without becoming frustrated and fighting to NOT think or say words no 73-year-old grandmother should think or say! I don't have the patience and my arthritic fingers will not cooperate. I will buy lamps from a store with already assembled shades. That works best for me. Don't hesitate to purchase these lamps.

I like the lamp very much, I had to have someone help me put together the lampshades. I will be buying new shades as I dont like the seam showing where it attaches

Lamp itself is nice and for inexpensive cost, looks great. However, I have 1 star for the velcro lampshade (not mentioned). The seam is bulky and makes the lamp look cheap. Also be careful with what you’re wearing as you assemble, that velcro is very strong and will ruin any clothing it touches.
