Can they be placed into a three sided triangular column display?

They can be put into a triangular column display. I have used them this way.

They do include joiner pieces, yes!

Whats connecting them together to form a stand? I have these but they came separated.

There should of been a package of mounting brackets with bolts and end nuts that you attach each panel to the other in the box. If not a 1 inch flat end screw washer and nut might work. Check your box carefully as it isn't very big.
