So the actual jar label says 49g carbs, but the nutritional label picture posted on Amazon says 19g carb. Which is correct?

The jar has the European nutrition label whereas 100 gr ( 3,5 oz) the carbs are 49 grabs (thereof 40 gr polyols (sugar alcohols). Whereas the US nutrition facts in images the serving size is 2 tsp (37 gr). hence 19 g carb (15 g sugar alcohols). I hope this answers your question.
