Sargent: The Watercolours

Totally and more pleased.I have long been an admirer of jss and it great to see such a fine book on his watercolors

Got this book and seen the exhibition twice. What i can say is that if you can't see the exhibition itself, then it is a good catalog of the show. But, having seen the show twice, you'll notice that some of the colors of the reproductions are way off the original works. Will think twice in future about buying another Sargent book if the same photos are used or at least color corrected.

Wonderful collection of pictures. Even better going to the exhibition on in London at the Dulwuch Picture Gallery.

Images not as good a selection as other of my Seargent books, but still a fine book
