There were no instructions included, so I learned this the hard way. The egg whites will stick unless you apply spray oil before putting the raw eggs into them. You have to have enough water in your pan so the egg cookers float.

These do not hold up in boiling water. Not as good as the egglets purchased 7 years ago that still work great. New ones are very poor quality.

The first time I used them all was well. Second and third time, the eggs all tipped over and dumped the egg whites out in the water. Threw them away. Waste of money

I gave this a 3 star because my eggs did cook to the exact firmness. Boiling the eggs and the prep is easy. However when it came to getting your egg out of the holder you will need to use a nonstick spray. I had to use a knife to loosen the sides and scrape the bottom in order to get the egg out. Which came out in pieces. Cleaning is not easy because the egg stuck to the silicone. I did hand wash and hand dried my egg holders before use, however the egg still stuck tight.

Great product. There is no issue with losing half the egg because the egg sticks to the shell. But there should be instructions! Here’s how to make perfect soft boiled eggs: SPRAY the egg cups with cooking spray fairly liberally! Place the cups in enough water to come about half way up the cup. Do not just throw them in boiling water! There are vents in the top and you will lose the egg. Cook to your desired doneness. Take the top off and lightly squeeze the cup. The egg should just pop out! Such good eggs and no worry with clean up. Upper rack of dishwasher will clean them perfectly!

Went against my better judgment and got these. This is the most useless and false advertising product ever made. You will get perfectly cooked eggs, and they will be that way so long as they remain in the holder. Getting them out though is another issue. Regardless of what you do (oil or no oil), you will never get “hard boiled” eggs. Instead, you will get hard boiled eggs mauled by a polar bear. Some of the remnants of the egg will remain stuck to the inside of the container and you can’t wash/scrub it completely off either. Complete waste in every respect.

Wloud be alot easyer and save me time and some eggs if they wloud have said use oil in them pam oil butter something they still work great make alot at time

My better half lies to take boiled eggs to work. The problem is peeling them. These things are amazing. I place them into a smaller pt that wat they can't bounce around. Great find !
