Very sturdy and beautifully crafted belt. Provides excellent, comfortable support.However I have found it to be flawed in design. Specifically the omission of a second belt loop.The leather flap of the belt which when buckled and inserted into the belt loop , protrudes about two inches due to the stiffness of the leather. This protrusion caused me to sustain a minor injury when performing a military press. The barbell hit the leather protrusion causing me to loose my grip and drop the barbell. My back twisted and the there is a small chunk of cement now missing in my basement floor where the weights on the barbell fell. This belt would not cause these problems if performing squats or bench presses or any other lift that does not require lifting the barbell from the floor in a standing, prone position. An additional belt loop to secure the leather protruding bulge from the buckle area would prevent this. I have contacted customer service support regarding this matter but have not received any response. This belt, although beautifully crafted and well made does not suit my purpose. I tried using a large paper binder clip to secure the leather flap to reduce the bulge but this should not have to be done. the manufacturer should address this issue. I will use the belt but not for lifts such as military press or snatch. I am somewhat disappointed and will seek out another belt that has two belt loops to secure the buckled leather flap.Updated Review 05-06-2024Upon continued use of the belt, the leather flap where it buckles and slips into the one belt loop has relaxed to where the the protrusion of flap has become less pronounced and I can see how with even more use the protrusion will not be a significant issue.I had contacted the company's customer support regarding my initial disappointment with the belt loop issue and they immediately responded to offer a replacement belt. After decades my old weight lifting belt - which I use almost entirely for just working/moving stuff (say gardening or moving anything heavy) finally broke after decades of use. Looking for a replacement I couldn't actually find another solid leather belt like I had.This Moose belt was reasonably priced so I thought I'd give it a try. It's nice. It's layers and sewn so IDK if will last 30 years - but if I get 1/3 of that it's costing me three bucks a year to help prevent back strain and pain from moving heavy stuff around.

Its a really good belt, super thin and really wide. Very soft out of the box so no need for a "break in" period.I could have definitely taken a smaller size - im a 38' waist and went with an XL.super valuable for the price.

Great craftsmanship good quality but it's not supportive enough

This belt might serve multi-purposes--just a thought! How I use it, of course, is quite mundane. I'm a senior who has thrown out his back a couple of times lifting heavy objects like furniture. I realized I had lost muscle mass due to aging. (What a shock to find out I had lost 15 lbs without even knowing, until I got weighed at a physical exam). So I started lifting smaller weights and wearing this belt for support, and cardio exercise and walking. The belt works well for me. I also recommend adding supplements to your diet such as collagen powder or gelatin powder--to build muscle and bone, as well as creatine monohydrate (1/2 teaspoon daily), and 10 mushroom powder. I also recommend limiting sugar and refined carbs on a modified Keto diet.

Not a genuine leather

Es un excelente producto, es tal como se muestra en la imagen. Brinda buen soporte en cada ejercicio y se ve de buena calidad y gran durabilidad. La talla es la adecuada, las medidas de la tabla son las reales. No tiene ningún olor extraño.
