I have been desperately searching for a blue sofa sleeper to complainant my office/ spare room. After months of other failed purchases I settled on this one. Here are my cons: 1. It comes in multiple shipments so be aware, I thought I was missing pieces at first. 2. It’s extremely uncomfortable.. I have had it less than a week and have already needed to replace the back cushions, the seat cushions and will need to replace the mattress (all to make it more comfortable to sit on and not so stiff). 3. It’s very small (I purchased the queen). 4. It’s pricey for what you get, especially because I have had to spend more to make it more comfortable. My pros: 1. The color and texture is beautiful, vibrant, and exactly what I was looking for. 2. It has the pull out bed feature making it functional and multi use. 3. Fast shipping and 4. Customer service was very polite.

you can upgrade your 2in mattress to a 4in it will work in this bed. not for everyday use. I'm a 250lbs man with the 2in i felt the crossbar on my back having said that its probably ok for a lighter person.

For the price, this is decent. The main attraction was the size and pull out mattress feature, I had been looking for something like this for months and it was slim pickings so I settled on this. I'll be buying a replacement mattress for it because the one it comes with is pretty flimsy, but I expected that. This likely won't hold up for every day use but mine is for my office /guest bedroom so it fits my needs.

I love our guest couch. it pulls out into a convenient extra in bed and looks beautiful. Assembly was easy enough but would have been better with a second person to assist. The value is great a I got it on a prime sale with free shipping. it is VERY heavy and well built.

Not true to size. Advertised as a twin, but looks more like a toddler bed. Great customer service, was able to resolve everything in a timely matter. Will do business with this seller again

this sofa/bed is decent looking how ever its very low to floor. the mattress is really thin. I will have to purchase another mattress, at lease four inches or more to make this bed some what comfortable The other .thing is its comes in a box and you have to put it together, somewhat very disapointed for the price I paid

I have to say that we have received an amazing customer service experience, we received the sofa and it wasn't what we expected for our room, however the sofa is very cute and easy to assemble. We immediately contacted customer service to start process of a return. I must say that was most pleasant and professional experience we had so far, they understand reason we want to return the item and have received our refund within 48 hours.I will definitely do my business with them again.

This arrived damaged and arms and legs did not align. It’s made with very basic quality and was a total disappointment. Tried to return but they wanted me to pay for shipping from Florida to California. The freight alone would have cost the amount I paid for it. Would not recommend at all
