Samshow Rechargeable Digital Kitchen Timer, Green, 5 Inch

So far, this timer is doing awesome. The charge has lasted a long time. I've used this several times already for cooking. The back light is bright enough to see even in the light. It's magnetic and can be placed anywhere, it even has a place to hang it if you want. I beeps loud enough when you have it close. The beep isn't loud from a far. Very easy to use, the buttons are nice. I would definitely recommend this timer to anyone.

Very helpful to control times up and down. You can adjust the light to be brighter what is great for me, so I can see far from the distance in the dark. Batteries last over a week even using it everyday. Easy to set and reset. Smaller than what I thought but still great for the finality. It's simple and very cute. Quality is good for the price. Magnets are no so strong tho.

This timer is great, my toddler can see it across his room for quiet time. However, I still have no idea how to work it. I fiddle with the buttons every time to get it to count down.

The display was gorgeous. The color changing scheme was clever. Unfortunately the battery charge wouldn't even hold for a 10 to 12 hour timed event. Particularly I speculate that the alarm sound at the end was enough to put the finla drain on the battery and take it to a blank screen that served no purpose (an alarm was supposed to ring). This came in a two pack. Thinking maybe one was simply flawed, I tried the other with the same result. Beautiful product, poorly built. Terrible energy efficiency and battery size and/or battery type. Sorry to see that. I like the functionality and appearance. It simply doesn't deliver. Could not return, ran out of warranty time when I went on a trip.

I like the rechargeable characteristics. My last timer would use batteries in 1 month. Very annoying spending so much money for a battery only to replace it 1-2 months later. The power saving feature is my favorite part, a little redundant since it has a LED off switch as well but maybe that turns off more than just the lights so not a big deal. In power saving mode you just press a button and it wakes up without performing the function of the button, great attention to detail there. The buttons are not annoying and don't beep every time you press them. The LED screen is VERY easy to read and has a great contrast. The magnet holds the timer to the fridge very well and the buttons are soft and easy enough to press with 1 finger if you need to. Beeper is nice and loud, you can easily hear it 3 rooms away. Pressing any button will silence it. The device also comes with a fold out stand so you can set it on a surface and a fold out hanger so you can hang it on hooks. They are both decently designed and will function adequately, but the stand does flex with very little pressure applied to it and the hanger is attached with 2 pin sized rounded joints. I wouldn't be able to say what could happen but being that flimsy it's an easy way for it to break. Overall this product is amazing. I don't know how long the battery will last because it came with a chargee and it charges with USB-C so that probably means it's going to charge very quickly and the battery will probably last a long time.

No need to use my phone as a timer when Im cooking. I love how versatile it is where can you use it either to stand in on top of a table or mount it on a metal surface like the fridge or stove. This is also great just jave it as a reminder when something is done and not having to wait amd stand next to the stove. Ease to use, she size is perfect to be placed anywhere and love the looks of it especially if you more light. Timer is on point and the magnetic strength is powerful.

I chose this timer because I wanted to be able to have a visual that would show percentage of original time remaining (versus the name-brand clock that shows as a percentage of the maximum time the timer can track--I have one of those too, but specifically wanted this "dynamic" feature). It seems to function ok ... if I can get it to set the time I want to work from! I sit and fiddle with the clock to get a time, like 15 minutes or 6 minutes and I have no idea how to reliably set that time except to scroll all the way down from 59 minutes. Sometimes if I fiddle with both buttons at once I can manage to set a countdown where I increase up from 1 minute until the needed time. I thought the wheel-to-set would better than clicking +1 minute button ... but if you don't need a generic 59:59 or an increment of 1 hour, it's not straightforward to set the time. The instructions are vague and only say to use the buttons to set H and M. I was hoping to use this as a visual to show a speaker when they're almost out of their 5 minutes allocated speaking time, but it's not suitable for that since it's so clunky to set the time when I'm in a hurry. But when I can get the time set as I need, it works great. I use it muted most of the time but I can still clearly see when time is up because the display flashes for 1 minute and starts counting up (so even if I miss the flashing, I know how much over time it has gone).

It's going to wear out because I have to keep using the manual switch to turn it off. The actual ALARM is either WAY TO LOUD or BARELY AUDIBLE. It would benefit from a 3rd loudness and it would be an improvement for the button labels to be on the top front as well because I'm sure for most of us this timer is at eye height so you can't see the buttons from the top where they are labeled

Looked big in the image but it’s as small as a mustard seed (just kidding) but it’s smaller than I expected and so I returned it. I did try to keep but when I needed it the most, it got stuck and wasn’t useful

I can finally see what's going on in my kitchen (how much time left when baking/cooking) from my living room without having to go and check on it all the time. Love the size and brightness of numbers. It's a multifunctional LED timer and the little instruction sheet that came with it is loaded with information, so don't lose it. I like that it will count down as well as up on it. You can adjust your settings to your preference (volume, alarm) which is handy. Also appreciate that it is rechargeable and really like that I can just put it on my fridge (has magnets). I bought two as wanted to give one to my daughter as thought she would also find it useful. A good buy!
