## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why should I choose a 560W dimmer over standard 300W or 400W models?**
A: Standard 300W/400W dimmers often flicker or overheat with long strings. Palawell's robust 560W design safely handles up to 10 strings, delivering smooth dimming and a stable, commercial-grade experience that generic plugs simply can't match.

**Q: What if I lose the remote control?**
A: No worries! Unlike "remote-only" models, this dimmer features a built-in manual button for 100% backup control to keep your summer watch parties going. We also provide remote replacements if ever needed.

**Q: Is IP65 really better than IP44 for rain?**
A: Absolutely. IP65 offers a significantly tighter seal than basic IP44 models. Our epoxy-potted unit is "storm-proof," preventing short-circuits in extreme weather and ensuring your outdoor lighting stays safe year-round.

**Q: Will it remember settings after a power cut?**
A: Yes, the Brightness Memory automatically restores your last dimmed level for that perfect warm, cozy ambiance. For safety and timing accuracy, the 24-hour cycle timer simply requires a quick one-click reactivation once power returns.

**Q: Can I use this with smart plugs?**
A: No, this dimmer is designed exclusively for dimmable lighting. Avoid using it with smart plugs. Stick to direct connection for professional, 100% flicker-free lighting that won't disrupt your outdoor projector screens or smartphone videos.
