These are beautiful. One lid came cracked but the seller addressed the issue immediately and offered to send a replacement. Definitely would order again!

My bowls arrived in excellent condition. The id's seem very sturdy and should remain so with carful use. To put the lids on youneed to make sure they are centered, the locking tabs should push down fairly easily. If the tabs are difficult to push down, the lid is not centered. Also be aware the manufacturer says not to use the lids while cooking and do not clean in the dishwasher. The bowls themselves will handle cooking and the dishwasher. If you don't listen to those directions, we'll back to Saran Wrap.As for chipping etc, they are glass and hard glass so if you are not careful with them, I guess they will get damaged. I am happy with the set.

I switched from bamboo to acacia because my bamboo lids molded and warped. I was hoping these would have a protective glazing on them like the Pyrex ones do. However, these dishes are really high quality and are easy to clean. The seals are tight, removable for cleaning and they stack easily in the cabinet without slipping around. I really like the natural materials of the wood and the glass because they are safer for food—no plastic parts and no worry about BPA, etc. You can store more than food in these containers, but I use them for food, specifically. I recommend!

Beautiful Mixing Bowls But…Upon unboxing the mixing bowl set I found 2 of the bowls Lid’s some of their Locking Latches has broken off. Despite the few broken latches, the bowls were otherwise intact. Nonetheless I was happy with the set.Exceeded my expectationsShortly after I’d received the bowl set, the manufacturer reached out to me, by email, inquiring as to my satisfaction with their product. Replying to their email their Customer Service person Apologized for the problem and said they would make amends. I thought that I would get replacement lids but to my surprise they sent me an entire set.Customer FirstThey put the “Customer” in Customer Service. Every vendor should follow their example. At the very least, contact the purchaser to inquire if the item was received intact.And…The Mixing Bowls are Beautiful.

I love these bowls. They have great sizes. I loves the idea of having a trivet with each bowl . Even though i have only had them 2 months one of the lids cracked. It was too much money to only last 2 months . I’m very disappointed . There is no where to get in touch with the manufacture . I trusted the reviews . Unfortunately I should not have .

While they are very pretty, the lids warped pretty fast even with hand washing and the ones that didnt warp didnt seal properly. They also break really easily. I only had mine a month before one had a huge chip come out of it on the rim. For the price I wouldnt purchase them again.

They look great however the lids after one wash started to deteriorate cracks and don't close air-tightly so they are not as described and not useful as the lid just slips off or pops off and the wood will keep cracking

The lids seal well and the locking clips are sturdy.

I only received three bowls instead of five

Tight seal and strong glass.... great for food storage in fridge and cake mixing. would recommend 200%. Loved it!
