My cat loves the chicken drumstick flavor a LOT more than any of the white meat flavors, and the note about this being only for supplemental feeding is important - I use this in rotation/topping with other complete meals. I have this and other Almo flavors on Subscribe & Save because they were an excellent value when I first tried them out, BUT the price has gone up almost 40% since the last time I ordered it - blaming this on Amazon's crazy pricing algorithm that puts more money in Bezos' pocket once you're hooked, if you don't double check before the next shipment goes out. Terrible for those of us on a budget. So I spend the time ($) instead managing my SS shipment dates hoping for the price to come back down and buying more when it does. This applies to a LOT of products, and I'm highlighting here because it really was a great deal for a while, and what seems like a great cause/organization that is making this product.

I just left this review on Chewy's site as well. My cats love this brand and actually got sick when I switched to a different one just because I ran out of Almo. The food is great and was at a great value. But the fact that the price doubled since my last purchase 2 weeks ago is pushing me to search for another brand I can afford and my cats can stomach. This is absolutely insane. I"m so happy I see so many customers commenting on the same thing. Hopefully, the price will be brought back down to where it was.

I have 2 very fussy ragdolls. Their primary diet is a veterinarian rx dry food but I needed to add a canned supplement for moisture and taste. I tried many commercial canned foods, but ended up cleaning most of their plates into the trash. This is one of the few that they clean their plates with. I've feed this for last 5 years and they haven't lost interest. (I do switch up with Almo Nature Mackerel from time to time).

My 5 LOVE the food, but at $40 a case... I cannot afford it on my SS check. EXCELLENT food for your kitty babies, though

My cat enjoys many of the Almo catfood flavors. They are moist and the chicken looks very edible. I personally prefer to feed her these rather than chicken or other pate catfoods in the hope that these are - possibly - easier on the teeth in the long run (because they're not sticky). The chicken with pumpkin in broth is one of her favorites.

Great cause and my cat loves this. It is natural but when I bought it I did not either read or investigate that the Chicken cat food does not have Taurine added to the formulation. On the can it reads that this food is to suppliment a diet only and is NOT FOR DAILY CONSUMPTION. For this lack of information I downgraded a 5 star review to 4 stars because this is extremely important and should be properly disclosed in bold for buyers of this wonderful, healthy product. I am now using to top less tasty but fortified cat food.

Ordered this on subscribe and save. Only just opened it because we were using up other cat food. There were only 18 cans instead of 24. The whole top row was missing.. Now to figure out how to get reimbursed for the missing cans. This is expensive cat food.
