I personally have not, but I don't see what it would hurt. It stays in place on it's own pretty well as-is, for me.

Q: I wear a 38 d/dd bra size and wear a 14/16 (16 on bottom for sure). which size would fit best xl or xxl?

I am a 36dd and 16 pants. I ordered the xl and am happy with the fit. I weigh 195 and am 5’4” hope that helps.
