Not worth the $.
You will find the same one for cheaper. Wrist brace is painful because it is too small for American wrists. Fired a couple dozen times and 2 bands broke. Once released bands get caught in springs. Just not worth the $.

No help with the directions provided
It looks pretty heavy-duty but I couldn't figure out how to assemble it correctly. The directions were pretty much worthless. The Chinese have got to learn how to do it better.
