Overall, I really like this burger press, it gets its job done and works perfect for what I use it for at home and when I go camping.Pros:- Easy to take apart and clean- Not messy if using parchment papers- The indent to put your fillings in works surprisingly well and is the perfect amount of filling- Small and compact, easy to storeCons- I would like the burger press to be slightly larger in diameter, I tend to flatten out my burger before I put it on the grill- If you don't flatten out your patty before grilling, it takes way longer to cook- I bought separate parchment squares to use in my press so it doesn't make a mess or stick to everything- The round papers that come with it are good in theory, but don't help with the gunk build up on the sidesAll in all I would absolutely recommend this product if you are using it for home use and not planning on making more than a dozen burgers at a time!

This has been a kitchen staple all summer for rightsizing the massive burgers that the butcher counter makes. (A kitchen scale comes in handy too for uniformity.) We have been using the mini insert to make sliders for the kids, through the insert is intended to make stuffed patties.The press has saved me TONS of time and effort in making uniform burgers, especially when I want to mix different cuts of meat (chuck, short rib, brisket, etc.)And because they’re uniformly sized, it’s so much easy to cook them evenly. Stores compactly, too.

Makes good patties but veggie burgers are difficult to remove from the unit. Required a rubber spatula to scrape them off the bottom piece. Nice size options and certainly better than nothing.

Awesome tool to have if you make stuffed burgers! The non-stick papers that come with it are nice. Not necessary but nice to have. Makes it easier to pick up and set your burger on the grill without having to handle it.The patty maker is really easy to use and makes a perfect burger. This definitely helps keep it consistent when you're making a lot. Burgers come out perfect every time we use this.

it was ok..i only used it once..i had a hard time figuring it out a little, but i did make my burger with it and my burger came out ok in the end i think a couple more times using it i should be a master with it as i’ve never used one of these before..hope this helps..

I bought this a couple months ago and used it once. It did work very well, felt sturdy (heavy plastic), pressed burgers nice, even stuffed really nice. Today I go to use it and pressed my first burger and the handle broke off. The glue that held the handle in place failed. When I last used it; I hand washed it because I wasn't sure if it was dishwasher safe so not sure what happened. Just bummed that it's broken.

The packaging for this came as a plain white box. For gift-giving its really terrible. There are instructions inside but the packaging makes it look super cheap and I am very, very disappointed. I would urge someone from the company to reach out to me because I would like to have the item in the packaging as shown - otherwise I am going to return this. I suppose if it was for myself it would probably be alright; but as a gift? NO WAY. Don't buy if you're planning to give it to someone.

Perfect hamburger press. Makes 2 sizes that come out perfectly. Included are disposable paper rounds that keep the meat from sticking to the press. Dishwasher safe. Will last for years, I’m sure. I use mine once or twice weekly for perfect beef or turkey burgers.

Exactly what I was after - makes / shapes great burgers, easily letting you make those perfect quarter pounders! When you've made the burgers, the base of the press simply pushes out so that you can easily get the burger out of the press without affecting the shape of them.I've had burger presses in the past that have been difficult to clean but this one is easy, all high quality non-stick plastic pieces (no spring mechanisms) which I've been able to pop in the dish washer! And once clean, all the pieces fit together easily for storage which means there's a lower chance of me misplacing a piece 😂

very nice piece of kit- does exactly what it says it will do - easy to use easy to clean and easy to store as it all stacks neatly within itself. Makes really nice burgers and my first go at using it was simplicity itself and really enjoyed the result. Would recommend to any - ideal for BBQs or even evening meal as very quick to put together. even comes with some non stick papers so you can stack freeze your results- very happy buyer

Brilliant product. I had always previously pressed homemade burgers by hand, and it invariably ended up with them turning into very spherical, giant meatballs on the BBQ. The patties that come out of this look shop-made and retain their shape perfectly on the grill. I would always prefer homemade over bought burgers, and quite often can't be bothered with the faff of making them, but this gadget makes it easy worthwhile. And the follow up customer service from Twisted Chef is first class. Overall, hugely chuffed with my purchase.
