Unique and useful gift for tea lovers
These tea eggs are great for the loose tea lover. Bought a few more for Christmas gifts as my husband has tried a bunch but this is his favorite.

Other than that disappointment, it works as described
NOT STAINLESS STEEL - IT IS PLASTIC!!!! That being said, it is a clever design, and works as described. But for 13.00, AND the description that says "Made from durable, high quality stainless steel", I expected a hefty metal item. The clever design is the plunger to open aspect. Push the spring loaded plunger at end of the handle, and the bowl opens to a top and bottom. Scoop the tea into the bottom half of the bowl and release the plunger. Click it shut, and you are ready to steep your tea.You can see in the picture that the internal part of the plunger is metal (Stainless steel? Who knows?), and I assume the spring is also. ALL of the black parts are plastic.Other than that disappointment, it works as described. Three stars is GENEROUS, based on bad description. But, I didn't want to go all the way down to two stars.

Tea gets stuck in the mechanism whilst cleaning
Nice and sleek, but it does trap tea leaves and is a bit of a pain to clean out
