I have been using it for a month and it works great! I LOVE the double decker
I purchases this for my massage room.The first cabby had a dent and trays were crooked. Inkbed ask for pictures and sent me a new one right away. I have been using it for a month and it works great! I LOVE the double decker. I put stones in the top and towels in the bottom. Perfect!

Does not heat to 175 degrees
It heats up really slowly and it does not reach 175. I contacted the company about this and they said that's because of the temperature control unit they purchase from another company and not in their control. The absolute hottest I got the heater after an hour was only 150 degrees. They offered to let me return it but still wanted to charge me a 20% re-shelving fee. It's not that the heater doesn't work, it just doesn't work like I was expecting it to.

Hot towels stay very hot in bottom which is great and warm neck wraps from top stay dry and very warm.Really like this double warmer.

purchased early while building a spa. once open, set out machines and 2 out of 3 does not work. messaged company with no response.

Do not remove the lightbulbs to fit in more towels. The result is shocking
It does the job. Can withstand being dropped several times. The reason I gave it 4 and not 5 is because if you take out the lightbulbs to fit more towels in and the towels happen to be touching the outlet you’ll receive an exsillerating shock that’ll restart your heart. Other than that. It’zzzz a great product.

Great warmer
Performs very well. I use it 12hs a day 6 days a week. Once I had issue, the service from LCL is top notch. Can’t imagine dealing with anyone else.
