I was interested in trying mouth tape to combat snoring and dry mouth. I wish the product was a little longer with better adhesion. I will purchase again because of the price.

I had to switch to this brand because the strips I was using previously were discontinued. These strips do not stick as well when you remove them during the night to cough or drink water. I also don't care for the struggle at bedtime to remove the adhesive in the hole in the middle, and I have to cut them to size as they are too big.

The thought of putting tape on my mouth to help me sleep was not something that I wanted to do. But I did and it works. A little hole in the center allows for some air flow. It also allows room to fit a straw for some overnight hydration. Coughing or sneezing with your mouth practically sealed shut definitely should be avoided.

I dont snore anymore. I dont wake up with a cardboard mouth. I sleep more soundly. Its easy to put on, comfortable, & stays on all night. No more CPAP for me. It was so uncomfortable & I sleep on my side or stomach which its ery difficult with the machine, therefore, i sleep very poorly. These strips are the answer for me! As it turns out, I have become quite picky on which tapes worst best. this one is ok for the price. and you get a TON. but.. the adhesive seems to degrade quickly so I usually have to put on a new one in the middle of the night. the darn hole in the middle is not only pointless, but just a nuisance, because they aren't punched out, so I get a tiny piece of tape stuck to random places. all in all, if this is what you can afford, it works-ish. Worth a try for the price. But if you're just starting out, don't try these and get discouraged, there are better tapes out there.

If you are a mouth breather at night these, really come in handy. I have a C-Pap machine, but it only covers my nose. With the added air pressure from the C-Pap my mouth will sometimes open during the night and I sound like Darth Vader (LOL). With this my mouth does not open and no noise. Regardless of the C-Pap if I am not using it, it keeps me from snoring during the night. Adhesive really sticks.
