Thick tipped marker pens
These pens are some of the thickest markers I have used for writing, and they are quite smooth. I like the colors that this pack comes with, I don't really need a lilac or periwinkle like some brands try to include. I have noticed that these show through a bit, even on nicer paper, but they do put down a nice, bold line.

Does not stay on plastic.
I was hoping for a pen that stayed on plastic but would wipe off cleanly when done. This is not the pen.
