I was really about to give up on kava as I had spent a good bit of time and money seeking the strain that would best meet my needs and had very minimal results. Most that I tried left me with a dull, fuzzy, unpleasant feeling followed by a headache. I had read so many testimonials that I decided to try one more before I called it, and I am so glad I did! This is so uplifting, euphoric but not impaired, and is exactly what I was hoping for. I wish I hadn't tried all the other brands I did, although it gave me a good point of reference. If you have been having underwhelming results, don't give up until you try this one!

This was first time I have used this Bati Kava. It was smooth and effective. The flavor was much better than most Kava's and the relaxing effects were rapid and pleasant. I had the most relaxing weekend in a long time. The effects were powerful but not overwhelming...just super mellow and chill. If you are a kava user you will love it. Shipped and recieved in a few days. This was my first experience with Kava, so I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised that I felt the effects within a few minutes . It felt as though my entire body exhaled and with that my stress and anxiety was gone. Very pleasant euphoric mindset without feeling any weird "high". I’ve tried 3 different kavas and this is the best. Best taste(which is not GOOD per se) of the 3. Perfect amount of chill when taken and NO “hangover” which I got with the rest. I’ll be buying it again now that I wasted money trying another brand, this will be my ol’ faithful!! Definitely a balanced blend that I am loving.

My experience with kava was not good. I was looking for something to help with my debilitating anxiety and depression, as I do not use alcohol or drugs at all. The effect from kava made me feel relaxed initially. I started to realize that my scalp began to itch tremendously. I began to break out into hives on both arms. It got progressively worse at that point. I now have hives all over my body. I had to seek out medical attention as it is not only itchy but painful. My whole body feels like it has been lit on fire. I am now taking Benadryl and using a topical cream. My ears hurt I have bumps all over them. If anyone out there is thinking about trying kava, I would rethink it. I now have to deal with the consequences and I wouldn’t want anyone else to suffer through this. I had to go to the emergency room. This has been a horribly painful experience. Prayers that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I almost died. I was admitted into the hospital…breathing was labored. My dermatologist admitted me immediately after doing a biopsy.

I’m really starting to feel as Kava costs overweight it’s benefits. First of all, I drank nearly 100 grams of this strain since yesterday and I had had nothing other than a minor effect, absolutely nothing sedative or even tiring to cope with my anxiety. I can’t see how spending $40 every two days is even remotely worth it. I took a 3 week tolerance break from my last batch (a different brand). I’m still struggling to have any actual effects.I’m going to spend the $45 on the ‘Supreme’ and have one last shot at it.

I've tried a few kava mixes in my time with kava. They all taste awful to me. I just plug my nose and drink the mud water.It has anxiety relief that's for sure. I wouldn't say it's intense. But it does help with anxiety. I get a lot of panic attacks in a month so I'm hoping this will help.
