What are 3X and 3XL size details?

I wouldn’t do it for ANY size. These pants are paper thin and see through.

Are the pockets deep enough for a phone?

Yes a phone will fit. The legs are long enough for a giraffe. I found them unusable and way too BIG!!

Is this good for outdoor work like a pool cleaner?

I don’t think these pants are sturdy enough to be thought of as work clothes.

what is the inseen on the big and tall ?

size 36 waste 30" length are they still available
