So, it honestly depends on how tall you are. I'm 5 ft. The pants are low waisted and are a bit long but not too much. I'm pretty sure I got medium. If you are taller, I don't think they would fit.

Q: Is the blue1 stretchy? Should I size up since I usually get Medium. I'm 5'6 and weigh 135. My waist size is 29

They were too big, not a stretchy jean at all. Had to return them. It was for my daughter. She's 5'8 about 110 lbs. Medium was huge. Hope this helps. But they were super cute!!!!!
