This item comes as described. The product comes in a durable can with a measuring spoon. Using the mixing instructions you’ll notice that the powder dissolves pretty good with a spoon but I highly recommend getting a shaker as it blends better with colder water. What I noticed is that it’s has a faint smell of watermelon but a pretty smooth taste of watermelon meaning it’s not too strong as some powders can be. This drink does pack a punch though and the boost can be compared to an energy drink without all the other sugars that can leave crashy jittery type of side effect. The product is packed with bcaa’s for hydration and muscle recovery with natural caffeine. I've tried all sorts of BCAA products, and this one is average. The powder is very fine compared to other BCAA products I have tried. The only issue with the fine powder is that I take two scoops dry in my mouth, and the powder was so fine that it went up my nose. The reason I take it like that is because adding 4 scoops with water for intense training is too strong for me, and I'm talking about the flavor. I prefer the taste of water throughout the day rather then drinking this stuff all day. Basically, I was "snorting" the powder by accident when I just drop the scoop of fine powder in my mouth, and that was giving me headaches. At least it mixes pretty easy, but I haven't had any BCAA products that didn't mix well as of yet. As for the extra energy, I didn't really feel much of a difference with the natural energy ingredients. Then again, that's what preworkout is for anyways. Next time, I will just stick to regular BCAA without the other natural energy ingredients. The watermelon favor I had tasted bitter like those liquid cough syrup. As for the price, it's not bad. I wanted to give this BCAA a try over the regular BCAA I take. My regular BCAA has an 8:1:1 ratio, and it's $3 bucks more. In reality, my regular BCAA gives me more aminos per buck. Plus, it has extra ingredients that matters like electrolytes, potassium, and other aminos besides the common 3. If you don't care about the quality of your BCAA, this will Evlution BCAA will help you get by and show some results with proper dieting and exercise. It just won't give you the results of the other BCAAs I've found that are higher in quality with higher amounts of aminos per servings. Yes, there are scientific studies done on what doses of aminos are recommended for people to see beneficial changes and results. It's definitely not 5 grams a day either. That's why this BCAA bottle didn't last me long compared to my regular BCAA that has higher contents of aminos. Also, I have prime, but they never deliver it in 2 days like it's supposed to be. This took me 4 days to receive when I ordered it on a Sunday night

I have tried a variety of flavors for this great BCAA. Love the continued energy I get from it however as a huge fan of Jolly Rancher’s watermelon flavor, I was disappointed that this didn’t even remotely come close. I will admit that they never claimed that it would however with Green Apple tasting so good and similar to a green apple Jolly Rancher, I thought this would be similar in flavor. I was sadly disappointed. Still a great product but would choose Green Apple, Fruit Punch or Rocket Pop over watermelon any day.

Honestly, i've stayed away from pre workout. All i've been taking were half bottles of 5 hour energy drinks or just coffee. The thing with that, it gives you energy for sure, but once you get acclimated to it, the effect wears off and you have to ween yourself off of it for awhile to reacclimate. Plus, 5 hour energy drinks gets expensive AF. Well I decided to get back on pre workout and I got to say, after reading some of the negative reviews, I couldn't find anything negative except it does get "clumpy" if you stir it. If you stir it, stir it well or it's best to use a shaker. The effects I had 30 min into my workout was superb. I felt like going through these workouts with some sort of motivation I didn't have before. I don't know how to put it, but it definitely gave me that extra pep to my step in the gym. The flavor is excellent. I couldn't taste anything artificial and i'm very sensitive to taste. I could literally sit down and drink this while watching TV. It's that good. This is the watermelon flavored one. This is my assessment after about two weeks of use. I'll be coming back for more and will post any negative side effects I may have which are none at the moment.

Tastes amazing! I usually have this with 2 scoops in a litre water bottle and honestly it tastes like juice. I don't know how much it contributes to my workout longivitiy but I like to think it works. Have just finished a container and on my second one. Definitely does not taste chemically like some other ones that I have tried (Goddess Nutrition is very chemically tasting).
