Good Product
This phone was an excellent choice for me , real good quality, many well thought out features , easy to program, ya I like everything about it, I was looking for an upgrade for my old Panasonic and this was just what I was looking for.

Excellent product but the user guide that comes with it is almost useless

Solid four stars
I bought this phone only (!!) because it has a headset jack. It is important for my work for both to having a landline and using a headset. I am a professional interpreter. This device is very simple but hits all the spots. 4 stars only because I had to look for answers here on how to mute the call and how to mute the ringtones as instructions do not cover many features including those.

Worked for 18 months
It worked great while it worked. After 18 months it stopped charging. Even with new rechargeable batteries it won’t charge.

An actual up-to-date landline phone
Definitely a better bet than Panasonic or VTech in terms of having modern (cell) features like spam blocking, etc. Color screen makes for a really easy read & the quality overall feels really solid. Seems like the only landline phone left designed in the past 20 years, most others I looked at haven't advanced their technology since the 90's.

This phone is awful. Difficult to operate and still after weeks can't figure it all out. Terrible that the instructions don't give adequate information. Do not buy

Maybe a Premium Price But a Premium Handset
We have been using this phone for about a month and a half now and are satisfied with the purchase. It replaced a VTech phone, and we couldn't be happier with the decision. It has an easy-to-use menu, large numbers, fantastic battery life, and an overall premium feel. Highly recommended.
