Just got this today (love the Prime shipping!) and it's exactly perfect!! Yes, it's smaller than advertised - about 45" x 68" - but I read the reviews before purchasing and wasn't concerned about the size; just needed something large enough to accommodate a couple of people walking in the door and taking shoes of while remaining on the mat. It also looks fine with snow on it - dark enough so that it doesn't show all the dirt and sludge mixed in with the snow, but light enough that the salt doesn't make it look terrible and discolored. Again, I've only had this for a few hours, but after a couple of trips in and out, and serving as a home for 2 pairs of snowboots, it seems to be exactly what I was looking for. It also has a very sturdy rubber backing so it doesn't slip on the floors, and matches pretty well with our medium brown wood floors. I'll update this review if I have any issues down the road, but looks great so far!**UPDATE** After nearly 2 months of use, we still absolutely love this mat. It traps water, dirt and grime amazingly well, and has made cleaning the floors in our house much less of a chore! I also bought two more smaller mats (same brand/color) for use in our other doorways and they are great as well.

This works great to keep my rolling chair from destroying my wood floor! It's just what I needed!

Maybe a bit picky but I was sizing the area I needed for a mat that would allow for wet shoes/boats and found this 6 ft by 4 ft item.Everything seems fine, the quality is rather good, it is a hefty mat and hopefully with do the job for our winter (Anchorage, Alaska).What annoys me is that the mat is about 3 inches short of 6 ft and about 2 inches short of 4ft. Maybe being picky but I figure if you are going advertise something then maybe it should be true. Also a bit pricey at this size and I figure I am paying for the material and I am getting almost 10 percent less...maybe that is part of the mark up, maybe I am just in a bad mood but it seems to be a common occurrence with this mfg as I received some other sizes that were also slightly smaller than advertised.Having said that, the quality is there just a little smaller than advertised,Grouch out.

Love these mats. Have at least 8 of them around the house near doors and basement. The gold standard in terms of keeping water soaked items from destroying your floor. My only complaint is how easily pieces of debris gets stuck and won’t come out with vacuuming. And I’ve got a great vacuum! So for what it is, it’s great. Just keep in mind if you are using it near hay or anything else that will stick to it, it won’t always looks that clean...even after vacuuming.

Good Rug. Cleans up easily. Catches lots of dirt and debris that my dog would otherwise track into my house. Would recommend.

I got two of these rugs a 3ft by 5ft and a 4ft by 6ft and love them both. They are low profile, water resistant and heavy duty. We just installed new Brazilian cherry laminate flooring and living in a state with snowy winters we needed something to protect the floors from snow and water, THIS WAS THE PERFECT CHOICE! I'm so pleased with the anti-slip rubber bottoms and the pattern. I can't wait to see how long these hold up for.

When you enter our house, you enter our living room. We needed some serious weather protection for our hardwood floors and the WaterHog works reliably well, takes the rainy boots, snowy boots, muddy boots and regular foot traffic and looks great after months of use. In some situations I use soap and hot water to removed cat hair stains, etc. and it still looks like new. Very well made, durable and and good looking at the same time. Can fully recommend this product.
