I want to be clear. I know how to cook and I know very well about using proper temperatures for different kinds of pans. I never crank the heat up on this pan for the stove top. I've used it for braising beef in the oven about five hours. I've already used it atleast 25 times and still looks brand new. Don't use metal on this. I always use silicone or wooden spatulas.

Loved the size and durability of this Dutch oven!! It holds the heat and bread comes out perfect. The color is also beautiful.

Solidly built. The Dutch oven pot has weight to it. Awsome color and east to clean. My daughter made her first batch of sourdough bread using it, yummy!

This is the perfect size for our camper! I didn't want to bring my full sized ones that I use at home, so thought I would try this scaled down version and it's been great. Great size to store on the RV and quality seems just as good as the "nicer" AKA more expensive ones I use at home. This is exactly what I needed and price was great for the size!

Excellent pot as described but must have been used and returned. Slight scratch on handle and visible use stains on outside and inside. Easily cleaned off but I expected as new.

Bought it to make harissa which it does very well. Good size pan. really love it.

This pot arrived in perfect condition with no chips on the paint. The colour is the same as the photo in the product listing. It works so well, as long as you don't make the stove extremely hot things won't stick or stain. Do not use metal spoons or cleaning tools. Be gentle with this pot and it will work well for years. It's well worth the money!

I have used cast iron pots for many years. Got this pot as a replacement for one which I have had and used very regularly for some considerable time - yes you may pay a little more to get these pots but for the length of time and usage you get from them it is well worth the little extra you pay for them. The size of this pot is perfect for cooking for two. It can be used either on the hob to complete the cooking or once the pot and it’s contents reaches it’s cooking temperature put in the oven on a low heat setting to complete the cooking (the pot will hold it’s temperature exceptionally well once heated through so consequently cooking temperatures can be greatly reduced to complete the cooking thus saving energy costs). Soups, stews, paste sauce’s, Bolognaise etc all turn out tasty and extremely tender. Have only had this pot for a week but have already used it several times and it seems very robust and extremely easy to clean it also looks attractive. I feel I will get many years service out of this pot. Yes they are a little heavier than a steel pot but still very manageable. Cooking with a cast iron pot really does make a difference to your cooking ‘yummyness’ and I highly recommend this pot.
