I recently purchased this TOMLOV DM402 Pro 2K Digital Microscope for my husband, and he absolutely loves it! He uses it primarily for viewing some older coins, and it's made a massive difference. The microscope offers a 1200x magnification, which really brings out the intricate details of each coin. He really couldn't see the details of the coins before using this microscope.He loves the attached 10.1" screen. I was going to hook it up to our TV, but the screen works so well that we didn't need to. It's crystal clear and makes examining the coins so much easier on his eyes—no more squinting over tiny details. We haven't tried using the 24MP camera yet, but are looking forward to using this feature soon.This microscope has truly made viewing coins so much easier and smoother for my husband. I had my doubts initially. I looked at tons of other models and saw so many mixed reviews that it was discouraging. I’m really glad we decided to spend a bit more and go with this one.

My tomlov microscope works fantastic. It does more than I ever expected great quality at a reasonable price. My remote gave me a problem but they stepped up to the plate and sent me a new one, that's a sign of a great company. Thank you for making quality products. Tom N

Sure works great! Bought this to help me solder/repair very small surface mount parts. Now I use it all the time. Very easy to focus. Easy to zoom in and out.Since I purchased this for detailed soldering, I didn't have much use for the included slides and holders, but you may.The photo/video capture onto an SD Card is a huge plus.

I got this DM402 Pro for soldering. It works quite well, however the remote control isn't too useful. I discovered that the DM602 Pro can extend the throat (move the lens toward the viewer), which is better for soldering work. I'm trying to decide whether to return this one and get the other.The remote has a *really* pungent odor. It burns my throat and just smells toxic. My family agrees that it's an irritant. I am leaving it in the garage until that smell goes away (unless I return it). I tried it out, and found it to be confusing and unhelpful.

I primarily use this for looking at coins. I can also see using it to help with putting ho scale trains together (small parts, etc. require a microscope or magnifying glass at times). This would be perfect for that.Received microscope one day from when it was ordered! Amazing! :)

TOMLOV is selling microscopes with some of the features not working and charging customers over $36 for a restocking fee. This means they are going to resell items that do not work and charge you when it is returned. Originally, I was going to reorder the microscope but not now. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. VERY POOR BUSINESS—This is shameful!
