I’m very happy with this SOLARA Cold Press Juicer. The machine looks stylish, works smoothly, and extracts juice very efficiently. The juice tastes fresh. It is easy to assemble, clean, and operate, even for daily use. The motor is not too noisy, which is a big plus. I tried carrot, pine apple, orange, and watermelon juice, and the results were excellent every time. Overall, a great product for anyone who wants healthy homemade juice. Highly recommended!

But let me be very clear: none of that matters the moment you realize this is an electronic product that can fail at any time. And when it does, you are left completely on your own. That is when you truly experience the most pathetic after-sales service imaginable. Emails? Ignored. Calls? Either unanswered or met with empty promises. Assurances? “It will be resolved by EOD” — repeated endlessly, with zero action. Days turn into weeks, and nothing moves. Even after escalating the issue to the Consumer Portal (Ingrams), there was still no response whatsoever. It’s shocking how casually this brand dismisses genuine customer issues. The service experience is so bad that it will make you regret every single decision that led you to purchase anything from this company. The product quality may impress you initially, but the moment you need support, you’ll realize you’ve made a huge mistake. If you value peace of mind, accountability, and basic customer support, think twice—no, think ten times—before buying from this brand.

Juice extraction is impressive, pulp comes out quite dry, and the juice tastes fresh. Cleaning is pretty easy. Great for fruits, veggies. A good option if you want an affordable cold press juicer for home use.

The juice quality is excellent, and the size is adequate for a regular kitchen-it can easily sit in a corner without taking up much space. Assembly is very simple and takes barely two minutes. Cleaning is also quite easy. The only minor drawback is that the pulp still retains some juice and may need to be put back in for further extraction.

The juicer is good but not usable. You cannot open it to clean or at least the product sent to me. I couldn't use it within a week of purchase so couldn't return. When I complained and sent videos, they asked me to mail (they know it would be difficult to do it all over again and attach to send mail). They didn't let us know clearly that we have to register within a time period (do not know how many days it is). Anyway, sad story short, I couldn't use it. 5k of hard earned money wasted and more so can't use it for the main purpose of having healthy juices at home. I am not going to buy any product from Solara again.
